| A CancunShuttle.com representative will welcome you right OUTSIDE your arrival terminal. Our supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure your vehicle will be ready whenever you arrive. This way you don't have to worry if your flight is delayed or arriving early. We know! and will be waiting for you at whatever time you arrive. When you arrive to the airport, first you are going to go through immigrations, then you will be guided to the baggage claim area where you are going to wait for your luggage, once you have your luggage, then you will proceed to customs. Customs procedures can take 1 minute or 30 minutes depending on how many people are clearing customs before you or if your luggage is going to be inspected. The whole procedure (immigrations, baggage claim and customs) can take you a while. DON'T WORRY, we know this and we will wait for you. Once you clear customs please proceed to walk OUTSIDE your arrival terminal, REMEMBER OUTSIDE!. There you will see our airport representative WITH A SIGN WITH OUR LOGO (see top left). Just identify yourself with our representative, showing your Paypal receipt and/or the confirmation e-mail from us and he will put you in one of our vehicles and send you to your hotel. If you reserved a ROUND TRIP service, then our representative at the airport will give you a voucher with instructions including pick up time for your return and our local number in Cancun.
